Sacred Geometry

My artistic motivations and inspirations for Sacred Geometry stem from a personal beliefs in supporting the individuality and spirituality one can find by looking inside them selves. The Central design in the pierced brass is of the flower of life, a sacred geometric shape used in crystal grids. Crystal grids are used as amplifiers to increase the focused energy of an individuals intention. In these grids, crystals and other stones are placed along the sacred geometric shape in order to amplify the energy and intention. The use of the brass for this aspect of the piece is important to me because its golden colour represents the positive out look of “Life is golden”.

The large brass rivets hold the top copper layer to the pierced brass layer are placed around the piece in places were stones would be on a crystal grid to contain and amplify the energies placed within the circle. The chain is made up of multiple different sized and shaped links that represent the beauty diversity in life can bring to the world and to and individual.

The intention of this piece is to help the wearer reach their spiritual goals. The main concept I strived to communicate in this piece is a reminders for people to find fun and optimism in every aspect of their lives, and to put all your energy into making a positive impact on your life and the lives of others. I hops this will solicit inspired, creative, and thoughtfully optimistic responses from Its wearer and viewers.
